Subject: Have the staff gone on vacation

Is the staff in sokker not working anymore??? We have a new danish user, who registrered over 14 days ago, still pending his approval.... this is certain death for the game if it takes so long to approve new players, it shouldnt even take 2 days... is the admin symbols just for show off???

There have been a lot of talk lately that Sokker is on the way to die. The owners of Sokker have tried to stop this development by making new design layouts, facebook buttons ect. But all these new things are not going to make any use if we can't get and keep new sokker users.

To elaborate my point! At the moment we have a new user i Denmark who have waited 17 days to get the final acceptance (still waiting). This means that he can't write messages, can't make any deals on the transfer list, and finally can't post on the forum. Is this really the way to keep the new users in Sokker? by denying them access to the forum which is a great place to make new users feel at home and a place where they can ask all the "stupid" questions that we all have had (not everyone finds the FAQ).

Also as we all know one of the best things in Sokker is the excitement when trying to buy a new player, but this isn't possible for the new user who receives a team which quit frankly isn't competitive. The danish user couldn't prepare for his cup-match and was already there considering leaving Sokker because of the disappointment and irritation that came when he lost a match where a couple of bargains could have sent him through to the next round.

So heres my question. What can we do to change this problem and who is responsible for accepting new users fully? If this continues im afraid that Sokker won't keep the new users, and as the old users keep leaving because the owners are not taking care of the real problems, Sokker WILL die eventually (we have already lost 40.000 or over half of the whole Sokker population in only 1,5 years)

Now I would like to hear what other things of this problem :-) Is it a generel problem (as i suspect it might be) or is this an isolated incident.

I guess the admin for the country is not doing his job. The problem is that a lot of countries do not have admins and is not quite clear who is responsible for what.

Is it the mod or the lang who administrates this task ?

if you have problem, contact one of them from your country, they have to do it, its their job ;)

There isn't an admin for every country.

From my own admin experience, each admin is allocated certain countries they are responsible for letting new users in for. So it means whoever is the admin responsible for your country is not letting anyone in through inactivity or laziness.

yes, of course ;) but I think it isnt problem to contact mods or another admin to solve that case ;)
