case solved, I should use mods for this. sorry for useless topic but if somebody answer me game or by email, it would be much suitable.

Well, I'm not an admin but only a MOD. Still I'll try to explain the way I work:

I like to judge myself the intention of the post before I judge, delete, punish. It is very well possible that a word like idiot is used in a conversation without it being rude. However, if a user reports that he is offended by a post directed towards him that I judge as being OK (though containing some profanity or rudeness), I will still delete it.

So it's not that much which words are posted exactly, but rather the context of the words that I look at.

Off course this is only my approach and shouldn't be considered a general way of working for all MODs/Admins.

Regarding contacting the admins, I don't know whether there is a bug there? Maybe you can contact the admin of your country directly via pm to ask whether he sees any mail directed to him? Otherwise, I'll ask on the MOD forum.

I reported it of course, but it is still there.

it's a Mod job to handle it ... not an Admin one imo

ok, my mistake.
I jsut thought that mod should did his job without reporting of every tenth post, at least some do it so.
ok, close it or delete. (I still consider as a normal and polite give answer on question to admins...)
