coach53 to All
It's WRONG meeting SAME teams* TWO times each, but not meet several other teams in the league any time at all...

*All three are top teams...

Solution: Make 14 team leagues (IF wanting biger leagues than 8) with 13 rounds matches, where everone meet ALL teams ONE time each.
(It's a bit unfair 7 teams will get one home match more than the others, but that's SMALL money. IF bother in the uneven match can be split between home and away teams.)
The important is the CORECT teams are promoted/relegated anyway.

If you want the "correct" teams to get promoted, the current system is probably a reasonable option. I don't know how much "randomness" is in the match schedule; probably repetition should be avoided when possible. In other words: we should use the "Swiss" system as in many chess tournaments.

Youth league is actually just a big waste of time.

I think it's fun to play these matches, to find the right players for the right positions and also I hve used these matches to try some new tactics to see how these will work out with these kind of players.

Well. I don't know if there are such code for free in a programming language suiting sokker, otherwice it's a rather big code work, some hard to make the part when several have met each other allready.

You are NOT corect concerning the Swiss system making the corect PROMOTIONS,
ONLY the WINNER is sure corect in that system.
(E g in one youth regional champinships in Chess, one player lost the first match, then wonn all the rest NEVER meeting any more of the hardest players. By that he finnished SECOND...)
EXTRA UNFAIR in the BOTTOM if there are odd numbers of teams, so one team has no opponent the last turn.

So why not use my solution idea? :)
It's both easy to code,
and make ALL positions CORECT...
Sokker has the code allready, just need to change from double to single meetings with each team.

Any answer from the DEVELOPERS? :)

Sure, but the question is: can you do better than that with N participants and n matches, n
