Subject: [NT] U27 European Championship - Season 4

also i would like to know your opinion who should do the draw the cup i'm organizing uses a seeded draw
but since its hosted on my server and i'm part of the competition i would like all the participants to get their opinion.

we have 2 option do the draw on my site :
i will set up pots based on ranking and a cron job will execute the draw on specific date and time and could be watched "live"
live means 5m after the cron job is doing that

second option we pick a person and he is doing that on external site let me know

if you pick option 2 pls provide admin name

option 1 for me :)

i would say deadline to be end of week 3

guys i want the things to be more official for the next cup for this is bit late i aready posted the rank and will be not really fair to change it but here is my suggestions
at the end of the elections in the season of world cup we define the top16 euro rank
and then the new trainer have 2 weeks to subscribe the team
