from the top 16 teams just Suomi did not confirmed so i will send message if he confirms then we will know the all teams . I will need a week or 2 to set up the site so on week 3 we will do the draw

Coach of Suomi is a friend of mine... he's busy with his job in these days and not connecting so much, but I think he'll confirm his partecipation when he'll read our skmails!
