It's not that big of a deal really...people complain now but will probably have forgotten about it in a few weeks...plus it gives people more time to search for last-minute transfers which might be a good thing

People go to see Italy's match of football or go out with the family.

Still not sure if this is permanently because we didn't get any news from DEVs (again!), but if it is permanently, changing things without any news after 10 years is not normal. Changes are planned weeks before, so why no news about changes weeks before implementations?
