... I think the problem is not related to skills but to the tactical discipline (tragic team-work after transfer)

most NT players will still have enough team experience to keep TD at a more than decent level ... unlike U21.
And even then, a midfielder is imo least affected by lower TD, unlike defenders (or strikers).

of course is the td and tw the player will not have enough td and tw to play on the world cup

What I don't really understand about this whole World Cup thing, is the following: why is the worse team always playing home? I mean, if you finish first in a group, I think you should get the advantage of playing at home and choosing the pitch quality and the pitch size.

it's indeed strange.
you win the WCQ group => you play 2 games away and only the last one at home. the runner up gets more games (and better timed) to chose the pitck.
you win this WC group stage => again it's the 2nd team who choses the pitch.

Well, this scheme existed long before NT stadiums were introduced. And guess what, greg didn't bother to change anything :p
