I think you can understand the two main points of this.
1. The rules are made before the tournament starts
2. This rule is in use only IF the team gives up (or IF the team break rules that are allready agreed)
If Serbia or somebody else don´t care about the rules, then you have to use the rules you allready have or create new rules for the next tournaments.
Everything else is unfair.

That is your opinion. I organaize different cups in different games I always replace teams that do not follow the rules. Rule breaked by Serbia u28 players used. Second game invitation not accepted before Thursday. I'm pretty sure I warnned hundred times all participants for serious behavior or they will be replaced.
I do not see point for this debate before coach of Serbia shows up. You try to use technical reason to put unfair cause you know this does not help. If you want help write official cup rules and publish them

Lol...... i dont think you understand... serbia is out already, it is for the rest of the teams he need to create fair situation, and his call is the best....

3 points for win, 1 point for draw. In case of draw between two nations the placing will be done by the goal average, after by goal for, after goal for in away match.
1) If a team don't respect the age limit (U27) the opponent win the match by default 3-0 if (the opponent) send a request. If both teams don't respect the age limit we keep the finale score.
2) If a team send a cup mode during group rounds the final score is ALWAYS at 90'
If a team send a championship mode during cup rounds and if the final score is a draw, the team you send the invitation always loose.

imho, if Srbjia will accept the invite (Norge did send it?) last match must be played... I remember that Hellas played the first match risking the best players, why Norge should be win without send at least the invite?
Please update the group classification with the 3-0 in Hellas-Srbjia.

as i said Serbia is out of the competition and it will be 3:0 for Norge no matter if they will play or not
they still need friendly so i will ask Norge to sent invitation and wait as we agreed until Wednesday night.
i will suggest Norge to play u27 and is matter of honor Serbia to play u27 as well
but as i said result will not count cause the group will be compromised.

I respect you, but really don't agree... you're not respecting the simple rules and are doing a personal overall evalutation. Each match must be evaluated indipendently from others...

I do not have personal advantage to do that I feel that this is right! If you were coach of Poland or Norway will you still want to count last game. Or 2:2 in first game and than to have 3:0 walk over. No point of this discussion since coach of Serbia still not reply on my messages. For next edition will be written complete cause I'm sick people to take advantage of the freedom I gave in the tournament.
So Serbian coach did not arrange the game he logged but did not respond so 3:0 in the last game.
before do the pairs for the playoffs pls check your game from today if there are any mistakes if all is good
