Sweden rejected the invitation

Sweden also wanted to be part of this cup two seasons ago, but was removed a few days after being accepted. This gave us a great disappointment.
I think that would not be fair play to May we are part of a competition that has offended us in the past.

This is why we rejected the invitation.

is that made by me? i do not remember such case always tournament is based on the ranking and invite first the country that qualifies. did you wrote to me about that case back than?
