Yes dolphin browser does the job just fine and free ;)

It is Adobes fault, they stopped with it.

Like sviktorov/DalleF says, Dolphin is the best option, but yo could also use external builds from XDA forum, like http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-7-2013/general/flash-player-android-5-0-lollipop-t2948356 but you have to look at what version of android you use and then look for the build.

But Dolphin is a good browser, i would advice to stick with that :)
