Subject: Does age affect coach effectiveness ???

My coach is 81 , and I've noticed that this season and the last few weeks of last season that training is very slow , even with talented young players

Has anyone else noticed a slowing down of training from "old" coaches ?

Or is this simply just crazy bad luck on my teams behalf ?

the age should not affect trainers job. do you have examples on which players and what training you based your statement ?

it's not about coaches. I noticed training is a little bit slowing lately. past seasons, at 21 yo, mids were much better looking then those I have now.

I've been training pace but it's crazy slow for some reason , I bought 2 magical youngsters last season and they are taking forever

It's strange to see so I thought it could possibly be related to the age of the coach

I've just replaced him with a 44 year old with the same skill set in coaching

Let's see if things improve

I bet they'll all pop in pace next Thursday! ;)
