I open this forum for no mix with the mini world cup U21

Mataor and Cloise, manager and scout of Andorra U21 want to make a tournament with teams U21, the only requeriment is "the average mark" of the team has to be 40 or less.

We can play with U21, U20, U19...

The tournament will have quarter finals, semi finals, and final

It will be for 8 teams, if there are more or less, it will be modified

The tournement begins after the mini world cup U20 , in the week 9 and it will be of 3 weeks (it depends of number of teams)

The winners will be classified for the next round. The loosers will play against them for the classification of the tournament (...5º,6º,7º ,8º...)

I'll make the organization, but all of you can supervise it if you want. I will make the allocation of matches randomly by a random number generator , having personally numbers assigned to each of the teams in order of registration , in this case being the first Andorra. If there is a registration number between 9 and 15 , some would have an extra game , also assigned randomly.

How can you do if you had previously made arrangements for the friendlies in the weeks in which he plays the cup?

The cup will bé week 9, 10 and 11, we estimate 8 teams and 3 weeks of tournement
You can speak with the teams you have match in these weeks and put another date with them

Hello everybody,

I am coaching Pilipinas U21. It´s a small sokker community of only 3 academies and just 4 native clubs train native players.
(For me, small sokker community is each country with less than 5 academies (junior schools) and/or less than 10 native active clubs)

I want to participate in tournaments - it´s a big fun for me and I would register in the CUP VALIRA, but I haven´t done yet, because I have some questions.

1. What will happen if a team reaches average mark over 40?
2. What can I do to be sure that my teams average remains under 40?
3. What if I play with supertalented defenders with playmaker intruction (or supertalented strikers with playmaker instruction) - they would play very strong defence (or the strikers would score), but they would get a lower mark. Isn´t it cheating?
4. What if a team from a small community has field players with maek arround 37 and only one goalkeeper, but "unfortunately" he is very good and reaches 71. This makes an average mark of over 40...

The community in Pilipinas has done a lot in the past seasons, to raise the quality of the players and the average mark. I think the team of this real small community will bring an average mark of over 40 in each game. Nevertheless I have kepts the tournament weeks free on my schedule and I am waiting to read your point of view on my questions.

Pilipinas is easy, only one requeriment in the tournament, average mark of team 40 or less of 40, if the team pass of 40 the team will be eliminated of the round

It begins in the week 9, and the tournament will be week 10 and 11 too, you can see before if your team have an average mark of less of 40, you always can put worse players ;)
