We can give to one team that have lost playing in the rules the possibility to receive a prize for his attention about respecting these.

If one team pass mark average of 40 lose the round but the team is not eliminated of the tournament
In case of Andorra vs Singapore both teams pass of 40, we need a Winner and a looser for continue the tournament, I believe the most correct is pass the winner, in this case Singapore
