I can officially announce the result
5 or 6 nt trainers still did not responded to me but those votes will not be able to change the situation
i have 40 managers vote 1 manager replied that he do not have preference for question one and two that is why we have 41 points

So after the voting i can announce the results
we will switch to 32 teams tournament
and we will keep limitation of age of 27

we have 39 nations subscribed so the tournament will be have 2 sections
from 1-32 and rest of the subscribed teams
the top 32 teams will be determined at the end of this election cycle based on the ranking


in the future the qualification will be set during the tournament
there will be playoff phase
as this season
teams from 29-32 place will relegate and top 4 teams from flow B will promote
another 4 teams from flow B 5th to 8th will play playoff for promotion with teams that classified at position 25-28
