Subject: Frustrating thing in this game.Letter for game developers.
This game is perfect if we look this game from players skills and viewer point .BUUUT this game have a big big big issue.I dont find any logic in training system in this game. Why players shoud playing friendly games to get training skills?Thats fact limiting me to have a competitive team, because i should fireing all my old and skilled players and buy just young players 22, to train them to maximize the profit and training.Thats absurd. And thats no single fact that annoying me, the another fact is that the whole team is training just at 1 skill.WTF? WHY? I need to make a good program for my training. Some players need training in some skills, and others in other skills, not all just in 1 skill. Please review my point of view and do something.I love this game, but training system is very embarassing.Do something because i want to play this game with full pleasure!!I dont want to play another managing games.
Why players shoud playing friendly games to get training skills?
Because you have the chance to improve yourself better if you can play against other teams. In real life the young players who play official games also get better than players who don't get any matches.
the another fact is that the whole team is training just at 1 skill.WTF?
All skills are trained. But only one is trained really hard.
In my opinion the training system is ok. We already have to many triple superdivine strikers for example. In my opinion it should be that only 2-3 players in the world could reach something like that.
It's too often. And if you could train more skills at the same time, there would only be superdivine players in the world.

Have again a look at the rules about training - the players train in all skills. There is a general training and an individual training.
I consider the individual training is something more for my young players - for my investment.
Most people play with their skilled players on Sunday and use their young players on the friendlies.
Furthermore, there are alot of strategies in this game about training, about team structure (young/old players), about finances.
There are also a lot of tutorials on the forum (use the search button) and if you wish, there are also users who will be very happy to assist you as tutors.

Here is an excellent tutorial written by Charles Hill: http://online.sokker.org/forum_topic/ID_forum/1259/ID_topic/2744752/pg/1
On this site you can find a link about "Tutorial 2: Getting more advanced with Sokker". In this, you will find your answers. :)

I also think that training system is good but as hattrick did should simplify the rule and not loose the training when second match of the player is not at the right position. This will give more training that could be compensated by adding one or 2 level above the existing super divine.
but this all depends of the owner (developer) of the game and not sure if he will touch anything in short term.

What I think is wrong be required to train PASSING and PLAYMARKER only MID order. Because the DEF order can not have the same effectiveness?
I have to use defender with MID order.
I have to use defender with MID order.
agree but i guess that is done because mids need more skills than defs and some how to compensate thems i do not like it as well cause i train defs on secondary skills :(
Besides the clarifications others gave you, you are basically right, this training system makes no sense.
Unfortunately, it is something very hard to change once it is in place (it would drastically change the rules in the middle of everyone's plans), plus it has the advantage of not being original (hence new users get it quickly). And it works relatively fine compared to other systems (in the sense that we see surprisingly few weird things, such as corner tactics, etc). It does, however, drive the whole club management in an odd direction (you didn't mention one of the biggest drawbacks: tactic selection is drastically restricted by training, as you can draw any tactic you like but are "forced" to max out the players with def/mid/att order. Anyone who managed an NT at some point knows how much better this game can be when you get rid of those restrictions), so we suffer all the problems it causes here as much as those oHTer games using it :P
So, a better training system would be desirable, but I thibk that's only possible for a brand new game.

That would be possible if the group of people bought out sokker from greg & co...
It's too often. And if you could train more skills at the same time, there would only be superdivine players in the world.
No reason for that. If you redesign the training system, you can redesign it to make top skills as likely as you want. It's just a matter of tuning talent and training effectiveness decay.
Besides, given how sokker players perform at even divine levels, I don't see the point of restricting the number of top plyers - our eyes would hurt so much... :P

You gonna have passing for DEFs, then train that.
I trained tech for ATT and trained just well, but i trained less of them(6 strikers, not 10).
But Defs could be 5 to, just like MIDs, so, i think will could you train without any problem for DEFs passing or pm.
@Glazy:We have at romanian national forum one thread named Discutii sokker(Discissions about sokker), there you could find users who will help you about training system or ask one of our tutors, gexge and bac_poli.Sure you can get some help.

i have experience - maybe, but (considering your previous answer: "But Defs could be 5 to, just like MIDs, so, i think will could you train without any problem for DEFs passing or pm") not in the subject of training
I understand your point of view, but sokker is not 100% realistic game.
On the other hand I must disagree with your quote: Thats fact limiting me to have a competitive team. The rules are the same for all managers, we all face the same restrictions as you do. You just have to find the best strategy possible.
