Yes , I said Simple : Your Rating is 65, but you changed 80` 3 players(your players rating is 30-32-25), Your rating down 55. This mean(65-55=10 rating) is +3 goal. There are rules to prevent that it.
So only change one player after 60 minutes.

This is way too complicated man, better say NO to any substititions at all. Only replaced injured ones.

for me, with rules like this, it is very interisting. need more intention and caution. So, when we forgot, then that it is. just like my last match. i forgot with the subs.
The rules are the rules, and it's not bad to appreciate some litle teams, if they use better tactics and could make close results with strong teams.Or if the stronger teams have too loosy strikers:D
BUT:With good tactic a good team fly without problems over litle opponents.
This make sense to be here for 50-58 marks teams to.
So, not the rules are bad, maybe your tactics.

You makes a mistake on our group:Torquemada wins first match with 4-0(4-3 the rating result) and you gived the 3 points to his opponent.
im playing with juniors, this is the problem, but you play with old players, very bad! but its ok, no problem friend!
Everybody play with team that he have.
I have just old(27-29 yo.) players and 18 yo.
I play arcades just to test my first team and my tactics.And i have most looser strikers on the world:D
