ermm.. It is the cache file that stores your personal settings with some particular HTTP connection. Browsers manage them automatically.
online.sokker.org gives you 4 cookies:
PHPSESSID (keeps track of session)
lang (the language)
skin_url (the .css file for your chosen skin)
conf (not sure)

It would be great to have a few steps or instructions on how to install and set up on the website....

Anyway i got to the point when i assume clicking on the 2 computers button is where i start by downloading the data.

However, it says Wrong path. What do i do? What path ? what is the correct path ?

the correct translation would be:
System cannot find the path given.

i'm just guessing, but you may have to fill in the path were you want the downloaded data to be saved
the little button on the top, next to the two computers -> save xml data path

i think, if you let the mouse pointer rest over the buttons/symbols for a moment you should get a short description of what they do

I'm sorry, i didn't ask the question well enough. I know what a cookie IS... When i asked the question what i should have said is how would i know where the cookie was located on different machine's installations, and how would i edit it?

Edit: don't worry about it. There are MS Classes that enable editing of cookies.

I clicked the default button and it put in the path to where the Sokker Manager is locatted. Valid path, do i need to specify file name ?

Can you anyone send me a screenshot of how the correct version of the settings screen is ?

Click the browse button on the screen that opens up automatically. browse for the valid path.

No one can tell you where you saved the program. Only you and your computer know that.

Next version defaults it to the path where the application is stored.

What you see on a screenshot is a valid path to where the program is saved.

ok the data folder wasnt created so it WAS NOT a valid path. now it works. thanks for your help !

I'm about ready to release the next version. I decided to stop waiting to find out the factors for the new countries - there's a maintenance screen there to let the users put them in themselves if anyone from these countries wants to use the system.

Here are the enhancements and fixes. Plz let me know of anything else if there's another suggestion for inclusion... (or something i promised i'd do that isn't in this list)

I am waiting till i'm back from a mini vacation to release this version. Probably on Thursday. Sorry i didn't get it out on Fri like i expected, but i really didn't want to release somehting and then not be around if it got all fonky.
