Tell me about it :D Slovenija U20 has problems even with finding 11 players of U20 (stay cool, will do that!)
The only way out is to allow the opening of youth academies in other countries. Otherwise, this problem will grow even more for small countries.
Haha, that's exactly what i did, opened a youth academy, however it will take time when first little Blue-black-white goats are coming out :P
Until you have great strikers, it should do. Without strikers it gets really, really difficult. But challenges are the ones which make people improve ;)

Ramonymous answered me positively when I asked him to give access to some managers.
Ramonymous gave me administrative rights to create new accounts and I create new Mamma Mia Sokker manager net accounts, for managers of Mamma Mia Cup who respect the rule of age restriction and ask me by mail for such an account.
