Subject: How to create a formation

Just follow the video sviktorov posted. It is a struggle the first time, I think most managers had the same problem the first time. But when you get it it's not that difficult anymore.

Choose a default tactic, give it a new name with CREATE (give it an easy to find name, TACTIC 1 for example). You have to create this new tactic before you start changing things or else it won't work! Now this name should appear in your list, then you know you have created your own tactic and can change the default tactic into your own new tactic. Save the tactic after each change so your work isn't lost when you click a wrong button ;) When you click 'save' you can see above the football field you have saved it correctly.

After you have saved the tactic you have made, you go to line up (click the upcoming match, if you have a friendly match) and pick your new tactic in the tactics list and save the new line up, don't forget to save after you picked your own tactic in that list or else nothing will change. If you can't see your new tactic name, you didn't create the tactic correctly.

This is exactly why sokker is not retaining new users...

He gets it now :) He even has a great head coach. Next new players and training staff and then winning matches and become champion of his league ;)

But indeed, an ingame tutorial would be great to solve this start up 'problem'. On the other hand, if managers ask for help many managers will help.
