[NT] ASIAN CUP RULES

A. MATCH WILL BE PLAYED AT WEEK 13, 14, 15 and 00.

B. MATCH SYSTEM: CUP, KNOCK OUT SYSTEM.

C. MATCH SCHEDULE:
WEEK 13: ROUND 1: 16 TEAMS
WEEK 14: ROUND 2: 8 WINNERS TEAMS [1 to 8 RANK] and 8 LOSE TEAMS [9 to 16 RANK].
WEEK 15: SEMIFINAL: 4 WINNERS [1 to 4 RANK] + 4 LOSE OF WIN ROUND 1 TEAMS [5 to 8 RANK] + 4 WINNERS OF LOSE TEAM [9 to 12 RANK] + 4 LOSE OF LOSE TEAMS [13 to 16 RANK].
WEEK 00: FINAL: FIGHT FOR 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-16 RANK.

D. IF match arranged not in cup system, and match end by a draw, the winner will be choosen by a draw. Winner of the draw go to the next round.

E. The opponent should accept the invitation before Wednesday, because invitation will be lost after wednesday maintanace. If the opponent hasn't accepted the invitation by then, the coach has the right to set up a friendly match. If the opponent was still able to accept at THURSDAY, the match will be count.

F. If both teams weren't able to fix the match + no information about who already sent the match invitation, both teams cannot join the next stage and his place replace by another team who did not qualify . Drawing will be use incase there is more than 1 team have chance to replace teams that not qualify to next stage at knock out round.

G. Coaches should send message to me (FREDDY_PAITO) or post in this forum after they have sent the match invitation.

H. Match invitation who is gone can be send again after wednesday maintanace by any coach, but if still not arranged AFTER DEADLINE TIME: THURSDAY 15:00 Sokker time, the coach who already inform to me or to this forum first, count as winner by WO. and THE coach allowed to arrange any friendly match.
But we hope all country can accept again the invitation.

I. if the match end draw because the invitation not set with CUP rules/system, then the decicion is: team who has lowerer average rating at that match will announce as the winner and will play next round.

J. Anything case not mentioned here will be decided later.

i will use random team generator.
i will put 4 name on. Pilipinas, U.A.E., HEAD, and TAIL.
those 4 names will divide on to 2 group.
any name who one group with HEAD will be win.
if HEAD and TAIL in one group, then the drawing will be do again.

i am sorry i do not know how to record this drawing. so i will put the screenshoot as fast as i can at here.

now i will open the random team generator site.
