a mate wants install SO in a OSX (Mac, I believe ?).

Is there something special to do ?

you need Java 5 (aka 1.5) or higher.
I think it comes bundled with MacOs 10.4 ? I'm not sure, some other Mac user could confirm please?

I can't download it at my internet cafe I work at. Because we cleanup the PC's after every user. It's a shame because I would love to try sokker organizer. It would save me having to do it all on Excel.

I dont think anything special needed to be done, SO worked great first go on my macbook if i remember correctly:-)

why not? SO doesn't need to be installed.
You can use it on a pen drive.

heck, it even fits on a floppy disk :)

You do need Java though, but I think PCs at a cybercafe would have it already installed.

what version of MacOS do you have?

I confirm, you need at least OS X Tiger (10.4.x) to be able to install java 1.5
