could you add sorting juniors & trained juniors by skill, avg.weeks/pop etc.
Danny, would it be possible to make a few enhancements to the Juniors section?
1. Remember the formatting so you don't have to resize the windows every time you open the application.
2. Plot the progress on the graph, but at the position where the numbers represent the number of weeks before the junior is pulled.
3. Toggle "prediction" mode. Which brings up a line (in a different colour) predicting all the pops from now until the junior is pulled. Also being able to configure this so that if there are less than 2 pops that it assumes the frequency of pops that you input.
4. Rank juniors by predicted skill level at pull time (based on prediction model and config).
To explain point 3 a bit better....
If I set the best case talent level to 3.5wk:
If the junior is --/-- with 10 weeks to go, the prediction will show them as --/--/---/--/--
If the junior is -/---- with 10 weeks to go, it will show -/----/---/----/
If I set the best case talent level to 5wk:
If the junior is --/-- with 10 weeks to go, it will show --/----/----/--
If the junior is -/---- with 10 weeks to go, it will show -/----/----/----
So if I want to see the most optimistic outcome, I can... but it will also let me use some average algorithm.
These are just some features that I thought would be really cool to have. Up to you whether you decide to implement them.

Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5 or later is enough.

Don't know is this the right place to write, but...
If I have low connection in some place then SO does not finish updating the information. It's just freezes. Then I have to kill SO from Task Manager.
Should be some workaround or made a bit differently if the update takes time because of low connection.
I might use mobile phone to get internet access to my laptop and then the connection isn't the best...

Also new idea - manybe somehow is possible to count general trainings?
For example I see each week very clearly that this particular player has:
+1 in technique + 12 general training
+3 in pace
+22 general trainings in passing
....and so on....
Also would be nice if somehow coaches skills level has been counted in, so I can predict more accurately when the "random" pop will come :)

Coach skill level is very hard to count in, because player might play under different commands and this means that one skill may have better training under one particular command than the other. Everything matters..
