for now it is just a preview (as I had to launch this emergency version and didn't bother to hide what I have so far).
It will allow you to manage your lineups for sunday and wednesday, so you can train everyone on your team, etc.

is it only me whose program wont even start working after the last update? :(

which version? did you read last page?

i did read the last posts. i didnt update anything manually, program did it.
then i got the same "meta" error like others and today morning it updated itself again.....and its not working anymore.

if i download the new version (0.861 BETA), do i lose all of my previous data?

no, just unzip the old version over the old one (overwriting files).
Or if you prefer, unzip it to a new location and copy/move the "data/" directory to the new location.

btw, how do you get the "meta" error?
in a white big screen?
or in a small dialog with "ok" button? do you get this dialog at all?



just as a side note, the error is produced because of downloading an invalid XML file (the file used for updating) from the old page:

if you click on it you get an error screen ("bandwidth exceeded") instead of the file, that's why.

BUT, SO shouldn't lock because of this.
You should get and error message, press "ok" and get on with it.
That is the strange part.

"meta" is maybe is from java.....

i had both of them. the big white box with the Java? mark on it and the small OK-able box :)

but then at least the program worked.
it doesnt now :(

but ill download the new version and see what happens...

After downloading 0.86 SO stopped working. When I click the icon th computer thinks for a short while and disregards SO. No reaction, no error messages, nothing. I downloaded 0.861, but the same thing happens. The file unzips, but when I try to execute it nothing happens. As far as I can see, it doesn't update SO either.

Do you have a solution for me?

I use firefox and windows XP.

Go back in this topic - were you find in red letter about downloading manually. Do it and everything works fine (at least on my pc). Here was the same problem.

I had tried that with 0.861 and it still didn't work. However when I tried the same thing again now it worked [:D] Thanks!

maybe you have first to update java^^

After the update to 0.861, it´s not working in Portuguese anymore. Just English.

it's easy to get a list of the matchid to insert in SO, but the interface only accepts 1 by 1.
Could be possible to change that interface in order to accept all list at once ?
Optionally add matches to Import XML Files.
