What would you train now, if you had to choose 2 skills?
Passing is a no brainer. He is too old for pace and no extras, pm is kind of useles now, between def and tech I would prefer tech. So I'm thinking passing and tech.

Extras:

0+2 pace
0+17 tech
0+13 pass
0+0 def
0+9 pm

honestly depends on your team and way of playing

pace + tech gives him more longevity + can be used as "reserve" winger when needed

it would also make him a perfect "side playmaker"

other option would be playmaker + tech, I would not touch defender or passing any higher, but that's me :p

if he drops to 15 pace as 30-31 yo, he is much worse player, make sure his first drop is only to 16
