TAL column shows the talent from youthschool. Maybe I should clarify It :)

If I have a player for several weeks in the team and a talent prediction depicts range from lets say 4 - 4,5, does it mean that already now it is certain that it won't be better? or is it still possible that with some new trainings it may change let's say to 3,9-4,4?

No, the min. talent won’t decrease.
However, it can happen that the max. talent gets below min. talent. But that's because calculations are not exact since we don't know the real formulas. They are just a Guess. Therefore, what SA calculates are estimations, not exact talent

You can add trainings one by one by clicking on the "+" button that appears at the beginning of the trainings of every player, but it's a bit tedious
Just a quick comment: If you haven't changed anything, adding a training for one player will change the training for all players in that week and that training mark. I tried to add training for players I bought, but that changed the training for all players who trained with that training mark that week...
if you want just to add training for your whole team that it should work ok....

Yes, but only the "trainers" part, because It's shared by all the team
If you buy a new player and want to add his previous training, you need to assign him to a position that corresponds to the same training type as the one you trained at that week. It’s the only way to do it right now, since training type can only be set through positions

I manually changed a talent of one player (through diamond icon) to look what would change and now I don't know how to restore estimated talent range. Is it feasible?

At the moment I'm only seeing it for bankrupt teams but I'll check it again in the morning.

I think it's cause of the new feature that looks whether NT players belong to bot teams:
1. You update your NT team
2. The server looks for the bots in background
3. You change to your own team
4. The search ends and saves the result in your current selected team :/
I'm not sure but you are the 2nd one to tell me about it and I think this is what is happening
