Terrion, how do you calculate, that GT effectiveness with unearthy coach and 3 brilliant assistants is 9,52%?
Am I correct if you have Magical main coach with 3 excellent assistants, GT eff would be 7.94%?

Currently it's 9,44% for 3 brilliant assistants and 8,47% for 3 excellent with the magical coach, if I calculated it correctly

That numbers work for me, but I'm adding them to the configuration so they can be customized

Yes, before assistants below excellent didn't have any effect. It was a formula I read on the forum but I didn't like it :P

It's hard to test every case when you have the team mounted to train at 100% :)

Not sure how hard it would be, but what about a column that shows a number based on a modifiable skills rating for each position (ie where for ATT, pace/tech/str would be worth most points in the rating).

Honestly wouldn't bother if it is a huge amount of work, but would be interesting.
