more like 3 assistent, players lost trainink.. i wrote it bad... sry.

when change training was morning old system, but later change it....

this player had pop in pace, but later drop and got striker training... I will see how many GT will need to RPP to 17 pace-

but if will be pace trainink so slow, it will be so crazy training players to 16-17..

So, if you have 3 asist with 16 level, if you play 1 player in official match = 100%?
I have 3x magical and 1 official match = 96%

no, 100% if you play 2official matches, with magical asistants is 99,9% so you see 99 in the training report

There are different things that influence the efficiency of the training:

1. Minutes played
2. Advanced or formation training
3. Trainers skills

Sokker only shows (1) on training page, but SA also applies (2) and (3)

If you have the best possible main coach and assistants, Sokker and SA will show the same percentages for your advanced training players. But, if you have some magical assistants instead of unearthly (which will be the case of most of us, I think), you will probably see a 99 in your advanced training players

I´m not shure how many GT, but i know if a player has 23 YO, in 16 pace skills, he has NO LESS than 8 to 10 weeks to pop to 17... In advance (Old) Training. I asume the same for NEW training.

As Terrion said and as it was stated in DD - numbers You see is coefficient of HIDDEN values (like trainer/assistants efficiency). Hence why even thou You see 100% on training page it is not guaranteed to give You 100 points in training.

If You don't believe me change training for one formation to a skill that Your trainer is not maxed. You will still see 100% , but hidden math will change and will be sad on Thursday

Terrion, any info from all data about how slower higher skills are trained? I can feel a huge difference right mow to train to unearthy-divine skills. Maybe you can tell anything based on numbers
