Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
it's all about supporters mood and the relation of your supporters number to the average supporters number of your league. So I guess the change came after a promotion to a higher league?
ranking doesn't matter for supporters.

My promotion to the topmost league happened about 15 years ago, after which I've won it most of the time.
Supporter mood has also always been the highest for the longest time.
The admins really need to fix this. It makes no sense that I get 2700 supporters, then I lose about 300 odd supporters and counting, despite my team's winning performance and simply because my opponents aren't good enough.

Yup same thing happened with agbell in Australia. Had no chance to keep improving all because others, including me, left the game
It probably is because of the league restructuring. The new teams have lowered the average number of supporters of your league :/

I think...as sokker being a game, not real life...ALL teams in 1st class over the world should have around the same amount of sponsorship money.
If your league is easier, you will have less attendance revenue, so I think that's enough ''punishment'' for a league in a ''low user number'' country.
On the other hand...I think bot teams should be stronger in higher leagues. Cause they will make it harder for a team to play league matches in ''cruise control'' and therefor you will be forced to make sure you have a better team if you want to maintain in the higher leagues...

A simple question that I haven't found a clear answer to yet ...
With the new type of training that will start next season if I set "Play" training for both Goalkeepers,Defenders, Midfielders and Forwards.
Who will play as Goalkeeper, Defender or Forward will take the same amount of "Play" training as those who play Mid ?
(or will remain more trainable skills for certain roles?)

As far as I know - no. Position requirements for keeper, att, pass, pm stays.
From dev diary 5:
11. Stamina training needs to be reworked a bit. The other training rules remains unchanged.

remember that when playing in weaker countries/top leagues you can easily train young players in your league games
in top leagues (PL etc.) it's not possible
so it was always easier to make money in weaker countries than stronger ones (just as it's easier to make money in 4th/5th Polish league than in Polish Ekstraklasa/2nd league)

Indeed, but I sincerely hope they reconsider, cause this rule is contradictory to a good way of football.
It's not logical that your defender needs to play with mid-order to receive PM or passing training. It just doesn't make any sence and it's also a rule that prevents a manager to train and play for prices on higher level...
And it's not okay that a manager needs to choose to either train on a decent manner or to play for prices. He should always be able to do both!
If we play for the championship, we cannot play defenders with mid-order, cause that will destroy our tactic!

Yes, but it isn't a game of money making. It's a game of football.
And indeed, money plays a big role, but if you're comparing revenue of a 3th league Polish manager and a 1st league Australian manager, you can see that the Polish player will make at least 40% more money from revenue. And the revenue is the biggest source of income for a team!
So setting sponsorship on equal base will only set a 1st league Australian team almost on par with a 3th league Polish team.
If you compare sponsorship from a Polish first class player + revenue comparison, the Polish manager receives +- 1M each week.
The Australian one... I'll let Achmid place his economy numbers here...

At least you have an option to play competitively and achieve something. Small countries doesn't have that option so please just don't present "being able to play trainees and remain at the top" as a big plus. And earning a bit more sponsorship money while doing so is countered by earning way less when you try to field a competitive team. And all that for some CC games per season.
You could until now for part of season - when friendlies were on wednesday but yeah, that is counter intuitive and restrictions should go. Maybe leave keeping for gks only, but we will get flood of keepers anyway I suppose as everyone will be able to train their own.
Indeed. As I said... GK for keepers, cause they are separate players and non-adjustable in the tactic editor.
But all other ''field'' skills should be trained on equal ground, regardless of order.
Certainly now, when the NT / U21 matches are played AFTER the cup / friendly matches so they might undo the training earned on friday because logically, you play a defender with DEF order in NT / U21 matches, but when they are trained on passing or PM... oops!

give me the data with similar stadiums & similar supporters mood, because I don't believe there's such a huge difference as You're saying

you can also compare the level of wages in PL and smaller countries
the system was always the same, do You think that 3rd league in Poland, Belgium or Italy should have the same stadium/sponsorship income as in the smaller leagues?
It's not a fixed number system, it's a system based on game data...higher level = more money, higher fanbase = more fans at stadium

At least you have an option to play competitively and achieve something. Small countries doesn't have that option
but that has nothing to do with money, it's due to small number of active users
Your top league is +/- at my IV league level...and it's very possible to train players at this level, I train 15 players at the moment, training some 19-22yo players in league, sometimes even 17-18yo and I'm top of the league at the moment
And with training you can easily gain more money than due to sponsorship...
Sorry but it wouldn't be logical to give Your league the same amount of sponsorship money as in Polish Ekstraklasa
It would also make no difference in competitiveness of Your league judging by the stats of half of the league
