But what if I decide to field a competitive team in those small countries? You pay the same wages as teams in Ekstraklasa then, just dont get the income part. You are looking at this as if sokker would only be training simulator.
do You think that 3rd league in Poland, Belgium or Italy should have the same stadium/sponsorship income as in the smaller leagues?
Stadium... NO
Sponsor...YES
As I said... make botteams in higher leagues stronger so they need to invest in better players, so they too need to pay more wages for better players!
But if the game keeps those teams small, because they are unlucky to live in a country with only a few users, then they won't have equal chances because of other managers, or the lack of it.

And what if I decide to field a competitive 80+ team in 3rd league? Should I also get the same income as Ekstraklasa teams?
I agree that it's sad that You can't have a competitive league in Latvia but improving the income won't change that

guys come on it's obvious that there are no equal conditions for a Polish user that for an Australian. Is not so difficult to understand
5 133 870 €
In country with 12 users, 2700-2800 supporters (cant get much more than that due to competition though).

I don't think that making bots stronger would make a difference in the long run
the only way to improve the game experience in small countries is to make them bigger countries and that's the priority now. Improve the game -> promote -> bring new users -> make smaller leagues bigger
whether that will work and happen is another story

So You've got more than 3rd Polish league even though Your league level is around IVth Polish league
so this part: if you're comparing revenue of a 3th league Polish manager and a 1st league Australian manager, you can see that the Polish player will make at least 40% more money from revenue
is probably false

You have an option to climb to higher league and earn more.
but to do that you have to improve, invest etc.
you can just stay in top league, win games and train players
there are many top teams that do well in CC while playing in smaller leagues, it's doable but you have to train and make money...same way you first have to make money in 4-5th league in Poland to be able to play in higher leagues...
and giving You more money won't change the fact that the league will still be weak...

so a little more than I had in Polish III league
although, surely You had better fan mood, little higher fanclub and better results

my incomes are not that different, there is a difference but honestly i thought it was bigger, Argentina II league, fan club about 2000-2200! always top mood.
See, You're making a bit less that PL 3rd league, but a bit more than PL 4th league
While playing for 2 years in a league with lower avg level (IV PL is around 58-61 average notes, Your is 56.1)
I wouldn't say that the system is bad
The problem is a glass ceiling for small countries like Latvia, Australia - they can only improve by having more users

devs could scatter users more or less evenly between all the countries
it would end in me being in, let's say, Nigeria or Australia league but I wouldn't mind, although probably many users, especially Polish users would
in case of great results of game promotion which, let's assume, would double the user base, every country would have about 150 users which would be about 3 full league levels
new users could be "randomly" assigned to the countries with the only rule that would keep "equal" number of users per country
communication/forums could stay as it is, there still would be Sokker Polska forum for Polish users communicating in Polish language etc.
only league forums would need some kind of consistent way of communication (English language probably) but at least this way every country would have similar competition (however, what if that would mean a bad one, because maybe not enough users?)

But then you detroy existing communities. Most communities are very tight because of internal competition.
If you scatter the managers around the world, most communities will fade out.

maybe
it's an idea I just came up with while reading posts here
I always write from my point of view and I am not in any internal community but couldn't they just build new internal communities, with different managers?
