Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!

some senior NTs will stop playing friendlies, as the training bonus isn't needed anymore with players that already play 2 official matches every week. I see it in Switzerland for example. This is not a good development for Sokker.

Not sure how I feel about that - the training is already reduced, there was no need for even higher skills that will be reachable only at the expense of secondaries.
20/20/5/5/5 defs wont make the game better.

but it might be more interesting if you can chose 20/20/5/5/5 or 17/17/8/8/8 or something else. And for strikers it's the same, maybe more options which kind of striker you will form in anticipation of different defender types and in coordination with the tactics you prefer

Q19: Matches pages of NT and U-21 are not compatible with bottom, left-menu clock (number of weeks). Will it be fixed, will we have strict, unifed calendar?

I really don't understand this answer?
We've been showing the problem with pictures that there are 2 different weeks at the same time!
Week 3 in sokker for teams is week 4 for national and U21 teams.
Please make 1 week for both formats...
We do not need an additional week next to the current week.
So... will this be fixed? Can they say which week we are now? Week 3 or week 4??

I guess devs don't understand where the problem is:

It's a problem with old matches view, for clubs it shows week 4 there as well. On the left panel it counts weeks starting with 0 (so last week of the season will be 12 there), for old matches page it will be 1-13 (as it is 1-16 for previous season).

It's important for national teams because they don't have a new "Season" page like clubs have.

Devs should understood the problem. I described it in details for them, but it looks like they simply weren't interested in fixing this so far. It's even hard to say if any of them became familiar with the problem. And it was almost 3 weeks ago.

In theory - yes. But if 20 def will stop atts significantly more often - that will become top priority over secondaries just like now nobody plays 15 def with better secondaries instead of 17/18 with worse. But I guess we will see how they implement this and adapt :)

That are 2 completely different level players. I meant smth like
17/18/11/11/11 vs 17/15/13/13/13 - you pick the guy, who can stop the att first.

Of course, because he's good enough in side skills!
PM has an overpowered effect on defenders. So say it was
17/18/8/8/8 vx 17/15/13/13/13 I would pick the 2nd one.
Just to say that it's obvious that pace and def are the main skills, but that you shoudn't underesimate the lack of PM for defs.

But you are comparing 2 different level players. Point is - would you train the same player in sideskills a couple levels more or simply more def?

In the new system, I would give them both. Cause a double 17 is worthless if he hasn't got PM.
And a defender with magical PM is worthless as a defender if his defence is only brilliant.
I wouldn't do the effort of training players where you can only achieve 1 thing. But my choice of training would depend on the player's current skills.
If you have a player at age 18 with 5x good on each midskill, would you train him to be a defender or a midfielder?
There's no right answer, It depends on the needs of your team and the training plans you have.
