Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!

You could easily deal with this issue if you increased the initial stadium capacity and fanbase for new users
2022-05-02 11:33:44
'Easily' is not really a good term for less wealthy and beginners. To increase fanbase and fill its stadium at the highest price you need times (a lot ) and reach higher divisions before. How easier it is to do?

Of course it doesn't change the move, the next (predictable) inflation will not change what's happen during years.

But inflation is primarily a lose-lose for the less wealthy and beginners. Welcome to new users.\

not true
due to fixed prices (player wages, coach wages, ys spendings, stadium improvement costs etc.) the inflation is actually in favour of new users

they should get a bit more cash for start though

Of course inflation only touch the market. But so what? Fixed prices are already huges for small teams and peanuts for the richer. And how you improve your team without reaching the market ? Seriously you play another game ?

There is of course another new option for beginners : using 10 slots for training a whole team (almost, not even 11 :-) of homemade 's juniors or picking in the market in the huge amount of poor skilled youngers for 1 penny. But in the end, its aways finish on the market; at its game top players will always end up in the hands of top teams or richer farmers.

Inflation helps old users way more than new. For every $ new user gets - old users gets 10 more in profit.
If the prediction page is accurate, I'm going from breaking even on "Operating activities" last season and having to actually plan my finances to +2.5m per season for example.

edit:
By my calculations 2.5m seems accurate:
0.67m * 3 weeks less = 2m less in expenses (player/coaches wages, ys, stadium maintenance)
0.3m * 3 weeks less = 0.9m less in sponsors money
~0.4m * 4 extra home games = 1.6m more per season from stadium

Totals to about 2.7m more income per season.

Exactly, old teams are already 100% covered in wages/stadium improvement/staff etc. so they don't care about fixed prices
New teams have to make money to improve with stadium, staff, youth school etc.

So the more money on the market = the better for them

Yes, they need to enter the market. Old teams don't buy average youths for training, old teams overpay for top talent.
New teams can still easily buy promising 16-18yo players for training and making profit. Don't see the problem, they don't and will never go for same youths as old teams.

not really, there are numerous examples of people coming back to the game, starting with a new team and improving very, very fast

you can't expect new players to go for top players, that would be ridiculous. Sokker was always about gradual improvement of level and that's how it should be in a manager game.

doesn't matter, they don't compete on same level for years and old teams have much higher expenses (staff, ys, players wages etc.)

inflation helps new users because due to making profit on training they can reach typical milestones (x level of stadium, y level of staff etc.) faster

how fast ? 4 irl years ? :-D
I m really curious about those examples; except high transfer trading i never see any "new" team reaching top level so "fast".

One of our best and famous french team (Nara team - stefnihon) restart the game few years ago. He is now in top league, 8 years after... That's the "best" example i found in france.

Old teams overpay talent for the pleasure of loosing money ? You are an old xp team in a low league, dont try to reinvent the wheel that's already work well for your own bank balance.

Yeah not bad at all ! but It doesn't mean top level, actually #56.
And it doesn't presume the many more millions you need in bank to reach and stay a an higher level. Of course the very best chance for new comers is that every old clubs quit the game or farming like Borkos.

https://sokker.org/team/teamID/58744 : Not a "new" team. And for sure HF Trading :-p

except high transfer trading. as i said. No doubts you can find me many other monkey traders. Your are part of them. It's ok. I have no critics since that's not against the rules.

But don't try to explain me that 'normal" teams can reach a top level "fast" without mainly playing a market game and not a soccer game.

Not a top team?Considering the level of Ligue 2, and the quantity of competing opponents, Kajoza could easily promote to Ligue 1 within 3 years.

Why not in 3 years. See you later.

Do you consider yourself a "high transfer trading" team as well? You sold 887 players in 12.5 years, that's ~71/year, Filippo Sqad sold 360 players in 7 years, that's ~51.5/year.
