I was always happy when managers from Turkey bought young German players to train them as defenders. The managers from Turkey always did a perfect job!
I suggest, that many teams are not focused on a strong competitive team, but they prioritize training of young players.

I suggest, because it's just based on my personal experience (see above) and it is also based on the fact, that Özgür is a member of the community of Turkey and he has achieved thinkgs in Sokker, that most of the managers here, including me, haven't.
However, Fornado may also be right - I haven't checked- and that's why I suggest.

For myself, I am happy to see the development of young players. :)
My complaint is that a good player doesn't come to the young player's school every season. :(
