Also...I think that would actually make it MUCH easier for smaller/semibig countries, since you could easily train 10 players in national league and then use main team in international league.

I have an idea. Obviously, its not fully developed. Here I go:
Change CC from thursday to friday, then extend CC, how? Easy. Make it a league with diferents levels, as many as necessary so everyone could participate. Only the top league would be played as cup Mode,the rest like a normal league, which would be as classification for top level. Resume: it would be like Champions League, but wider. Everybody could participate.
So? What happens with friendly games? Easy. It will optional to participate on CC or play friendly. Y can decide it on season oppening.

So as a result, 3 league games a week, with no friendly/cup to actually use 16-21yo players and train them.

Additional international league would be cool, but rather hard to implement and balance properly. Fastest and easiest would be either "merge all countries who cant fill 2 league levels (or simply are under some kind of X user count)" or "opt in" merged league where everyone can switch to and start from the bottom while keeping nationality to produce players for real NTs.

edit: also in either case keep national cups to keep competition for community and as a qualifier for CC if NT ranking supports it.

It's not fun, it's useless, but you have to use young players somewhere to give them training

But this international league can be u18/u21/u24/u27 (or whatever other bracket You want) and You choose which one You want to sign. This way You will check both boxes - youngsters training and more competition on semi equivalent level

Ok, I want national league u27 and international league u19, also national cup u21

come on, be realistic, this game would turn to ... if there were suddenly XX official leagues with different national/international/age groups

it would also make no sense in the long term when you're training, you have 16yo trainees and you play u21

you play u21 for 3 seasons, then your trainees are 22yo and what, you change your league to u27 and start from lowest level? terrible idea, extremely chaotic, no sense of continuity

You all write some ideas, from which are some really good, but you do understand that there is no one that can turn these ideas to reality?

P.S. the bug with the end game results is still there, although the match is still being played, which will probably also stay there, but not as a bug anymore, because they will say:" we introduce you the big change called -instant result- like in the FM :)

and all the 'new features' they introduced with the design are now full bugs and don't actually work

oh damn, it's worse than I actually thought :-D

I believe they are all couple of drink buddies, working somewhere, mixed jobs, with one friend that knows the code but dont have the money to do it alone, and they didn't paid him
