That's the perfect example here, you gain 250K while being in 3rd tier league whereas, i am getteing 78K by sitting in the 3rd tier league in Estonia + without talking about stadium income, as i play mostly against bots...Would rather play human teams and at least get decent income from home games, as it's the main source of income in the end.
Then why not getting more income against bot teams? Then we wouldn't be talking here about merging.
Bot teams average level should be higher and stadium income should be also realistic. Just an opinion how to make it fair.
If in bigger countries average income is 250K in 3rd league so should it be for example 3rd league in Estonia?

International league sounds good.
National cup can stay and CC as well. How to implement? National cup winners and top ranked team of each country will play CC. Nothing changes a part that there will be a huge international league, that's great.
Nationalities can stay too. Don't see any issues there with merging all together, it will actually boost up the game probably.

with your team you would sit in the lowest Polish league, 6th tier
do you expect teams to gain same amount from sponsors in 2nd league Kenya and 2nd league Poland/Romania/Turkey? it would be ridiculous
