why Danmark doesn't have a Mod or at least a Linguist? maybe ask the admins to get one.

How do the coaches impact in this new training system?
Can we assign different coaches in different positions? Or if for example I want to train passing and striker I should have one coach that has unearthly ability in both atributes?

You can train left skills (stamina, pace, tech and passing) for any position, but you can't effectively train playmaking for defs

Yes.
16 in all of the trained skills is a must.

The pace continues slowly in training, it is a joke. Because you will not train more players now compared to other skills!

+1. Pace trainning needs to improve somehow. It is at the moment a big let down.
Pace should always be higher when players come out of the youth school.
Coach to player right after the final wistle after the match: ''Great, kid! Thanks for your dedication and hard work in the 2 full seasons in our youth school. You've learned alot and are hereby declared fit for A-team football.''
The player is outjoyed by excitement and was able to almost jog his way to the dressing room! When he got there to tell his fellow team members the great news, all players were already showered and left the building :-p

For Defs defender and "left side" (stamina, pace, technique and passing). Other skills slower.
This way we can make our own Jose Luis Chilavert in Sokker, probably someone will do it, somewhere, just to see if is posible.
We are talking about new rules and my response was about "not selectable". However, Raul ensured that this would soon be impossible, for example, to set up for DEF striker training.
