and when I set defending training for MID, there's no warning that it's not effective anymore (with the old rules it was effective). Maybe it's an idea to place a warning or red color or anything like that, if you chose a training with reduced effectivity.

Because players are useless without pace and it makes no sence that a fully trained youth player can only walk his way over a football field.
But at the other side... nothing about the training, youth, ME or skills makes any sence in sokker...

Training reform is very good that it is happening. There always will be happy and unhappy people. I think even if managers can in the future train only 10 players for advanced training, pace trainers can still train pace obviously not 30 players but 10 and in real life as well pace is not quickly progressing skill. Let's first test and see how this reform has an impact on players performances before jumping to conclusions.
Moreover many were having pace training farms so you will see many divine paced players on TL you can definitely have a choice to buy for your team if pace is a concern for you.

in development topic i think will be more effective to complain .. they have some long term plans for injuries but we need solution now :( ....
was there any comment about the coaches after the new training system is effective? shall we just keep them in their positions as before (head/co/youth) and what about divine coaches?

If I buy a keeper, can I train him with max effectivity on pace and passing or does your head coach needs unearthly keeper skill to be able to train players with GK order?

coach retirement sucked endlessly, if not old players could be won as coaches.
what we definitely need here is a healing spell or at least a potion shop

It seems the 2nd match played counts much less than the 1st match!
yep kinda not a point to play second game for trained player with that ratio of injuries :( i gues we need 33 players 11 for every game :)
I think it works like that:
- first it translates all minutes to "official minutes" and sums them all:
a) minutes from official matches count with x1.0 multiplier
b) minutes from friendly matches count with ~x0.86 multiplier
c) minutes from international matches count with x0.5 multiplier
- if the total amount of official minutes (let's call it OM) is between 0 and 90 then the formula for formation training efficiency is approximately (OM/90) * 93%
- if the total amount of OM is between 90 and 180 then the formula for formation training efficiency is approximately is 93% + (OM - 90)/90 * 7%
- if the total amount of OM is bigger than 180 than efficiency is 100%
For example:
90 Off + 90 Int is 135 OM, so the formula for formation training is 93% + 45/90 * 7% = 96.5% (96% rounded down), which gives 98.25% advanced training (98% rounded down)
If these formulas look weird, then maybe in words it will look better: first official match gives efficiency linearly with minutes from 0% to 93%, and the second official match gives efficiency linearly from 93% to 100%.
