To be honest..... 3 to 10 gk according to effetivitiness, 9 striking.... 20 % to not only the chain you train, but all Chains you dont train in formation training.... its give and take... we need 12-14 training places cause of number of games a week

I had on Someone in def, not before update, and I had mid training before fix, and he first popped after... so it should work .... question is if training is slowed.... but even they want quality down on players, we need quantity up

So i had playmaker set up for midfielders, tech for strikers and pace for the rest of the compartments but after the yesterday`s training update, everybody got pace. The problem is i have 2 players that are divine there and don`t need pace at all...Are they going to fix this or just pretend it didn`t happen?
What are the odds this won`t happen again next week?

Did they forget to increase the number of youth players you get per week since the seasons are shorter? The market is currently full off garbage. Also if a 16 year old spends +30 weeks in youth school that's like three seasons nowadays. And the max skill level is still excellent for youth players when you promote them?

With the training reform can I perform advanced training on multiple skills and positions now? Let's say I have MIDs training Passing and DEF set to Defender training, will I be able to train different position groups this way so long as they are listed as part of my 10 trainees? Also with formation training, is effectiveness determined by my coach's general skill level or by individual skill levels? Thanks.

Effectiveness is determined by minutes played and type of match during the training week.
Coache's individual skill level goes on top of that, your HC should have unearthly in all the skills you plan to train (both passing and defender from your example)

Imo..all changes are completely worthless if they won't change this stupid ass ME asap!

4th time in 5 matches that my team ( the national team of Belgium ) can't win.
The first match against Hrvatska I can understand, however my players played far below their potential.

But the 3 matches against Guatemala, Peru and Indonesia, we were clearly the better team.
Yet for some fucked up reason, all my players played as if they were running with a ball and chain on their foot!

If this isn't fixed I'm truely considering quitting the game for good!
Sadly..against the pace the game is being reworked, this feature might be fixed around 2030, IF we're lucky.
I now feel like a black person in the 50's in America. Doing everything I can and not getting any kind of reward or justice for my work.
