Subject: NEWS Sokker- big changes are coming!
U21 friendly games are good for young players training!!!
I hope they change for U21 This asap and leave the extra training and the injuries.
With 2 league matches during the week, teams who want to compete shouldn't train U21 players anymore.
They are too weak to play league matches and % gained from friendlies isn't good enough for them.
Having 5 A team players and 5 young trainees is in the past.
Teams who want to compete should have 10 strong trainees and those who don't compete i.e. play lower tier leagues should train young players.
My two cents.

if a player constantly playing for U21 you can live with it, but now it is ruined.
Or will be ruined, because I think they just announced this change but actually it is not changed.

Better no changes than rushed changes that do not solve anything and only create chaos. This is long term strategy game so when things change unpredictably and without a time to adjust, it is not good.
:( we decided to do something is not like we implemented it and we tested it :)
typical sokker approach plan and test seems not words part of current development ..

The solution is not to eliminate the injuries in the selections.
The solution is to place a maximum of 14 days of injury and leave training as a friendly 85%

That's unfair, don't you think?
The biggest profit margin is with U21 trainees.
So, mainly, you make managers choose between making profit or playing for results.
The thing is, that I can relate to this if the rewards for playing on higher level is rewarded more!
Countries with only 2 levels of divisions, the rewards should be lower, since they can play with U21 players for results.
Each division extra should ad up to the rewards.
A player winning the A-league should be rewarded in a far greater way, like irl, participation of the CL is rewarded very big, so the participation of the CC and all bonus rounds should be rewarded decently, not poorly like it is now.
If they want managers to motivate for plying for results, then getting results should be more rewarding than farming!

Like hell no? Am I guilty because my country is small? Only if you allow to swap/merge leagues for whoever wants to.
Edit: also bigger countries gets both way biggersponsorship income and tickets income, what else you want? Might as well delete small countties altogether then.

I mean...pure rewards for becoming champion in your country, since you have like 7000% more chance to win it, than any manager from a medium country.
Sponsorships and revenue should be somewhat the same in each country.
But you've got to admit that a champion in Romania should deserve a far bigger reward than a manager from India f.e. (pure based on managers / country)
Either that or level based bot teams should be introduced.
But then it might be possible you only play 70 rating bots in stead of real manager...
Look, small countries are problematic in sokker. I'm only looking to make sokker more challenging to play. If we're encouraged to play corner tactics with U21 players, we might as well start playing solitaire.

They already get more reward from simply playing in Romania. What rewards do I get that they don't? Some CC games per season against teams with twice my income? If it is about the training - compare it against leagues with the same strength/income instead of top tier. You can train whoever you want however you want in any league, if that is your priority, who cares if you win a charity/participation trophy without competition.
Merge countries instead of building the gap between small and big countries even bigger as it already is.

There always will be advantage disadvantage between small big countries only fair descion is merging them ...
Read all I wrote before jumping on the gap breading program.
I said... sponsorships and revenue (match income) should be the same for all equal divisions.
But the rewards for winning in bigger countries should be bigger.
We need to promote playing for prices over farming!
Every team in your country can make 10x more money from farming in top division, than any team in top division in big(ger) countries can if they wish to stay there...

Everyone can drop and train whoever they want however they want as well and earn the same money. People from big countries just have an added option of actually competing which for example I dont. You really think it matters that I can "stay at the top league"? It is more like I have got nowhere to advance and forever stay in something like Polish 4th league.
rewards for winning in bigger countries should be bigger. - there are no rewards. Nobody cares about "winning" if there are no one to compete against.

You still miss the point.
For the 3th time... sponsorships and revenue should be the same!
So 1st class = the same sponsorship and revenue income, regardless of country!
So that means you can play 1st class and earn the same as Polish and Romainian 1st class managers, regarding sponsorships and revenue.
And ADDITIONAL there SHOULD be higher rewards for bigger countries, cause they have to invest tons more money to reach that level in which you can cruise around with U21 players in your A-squad.
I know you don't know how it is in Poland or Romania, but I can tell that they need to have a 70+ team just to survive in that division, and even then you have to play hard to stay out of the red zone.
Is it fun to play in a small country? THAT is another matter and not the question here.
