Ok developers, now you are going to kill the game. Absurd salaries for teams with such poor revenues, thanks to your metrics, if you are going to increase salaries you should also increase revenues.
I will never understand how Polish teams have so much money in such a short time but I sincerely believe that there is an imbalance in comparison to the rest of the community, I just got promoted to Primera division and honestly we don't have the capacity to keep the current team thanks to this "improvement" that will only favor the teams that you supposedly wanted to equalize with the rest.
Take your time and perform a proper and balanced review ,

1- let's make it too slow to train “older” players. (+23 years)
2- let's make it impossible to train good players.
3- let's increase the salary so that everyone can have only mediocre players and so the game becomes balanced: everyone in mediocrity.

I have 3 millions positive in this season, but:
1.- I dont hace youth academy. I could spend there 1 million more.
2.- I invested a lot of money in my stadium to make a profit. Why do they punish those who invest?
3.- I have all my money invested in players and they raise the sales tax. In other words, the money that I have collected these seasons is being taken from me. because? to "match" the weaker teams. And the time that we have invested the teams a little stronger?
4.- In addition, they raise the salary of the players in an excessive way. What is the idea? That my balance comes out 0 even when I invested a lot of money in my stadium and I don't have a youth school?
5 - As if that were not enough, they want to reduce revenue from tickets to the stadium. On this path we will all be equal, equally poor and bankrupt.

If this season is the same as last one in tickets/sponsors etc you would be 2.66M euro in plus (2.129M k.$) in operating balance

It always worked like that, unearthly-divine-superdivine had the highest "cost" in wages, nothing new. It was always better financially to have a 5x incredible midfielder than one who had two skills at unearthly or divine with other skills lower.
I was not saying that it didnt work like that before (eventhough it was more difficult to detect the reason why the wages were so high). What I am saying is that players with maximized skills are not necesarily the best players in your team. That was my point.
