Why am I not seeing that anywhere except over the link you just gave ?

With all the changes I have only one wish - to get better juniors from youth school. So the probability of getting betters ones should be increased. We have lot of users who have never pulled a decent juniors.

Im pretty sure it doesnt tell anything about talent, it is just same constant "talent" value for every junior - 4,00.
