My comment was based mostly on the fact that you are using the system to make money (so am I, although I do it rarely because I don't care that much, at the moment I have 4 empty training slots...) AND you are against the changes that will limit it.

To be clear. I think changes are not bad for active users. We all have the possibility to adapt and take advantage of changes. Change trainingsystem, buy more or less players, ... I still think that kind of tax would higher the price of trainees with known talent. My first reaction concerning my strategy was to be more cautious with selling players with certain talent. This would mean less sales, less talent on TL and higher prices imo.
I think the firs negative reactions were fed by the fact there was 0 communication. The fact is still that managers who sold players in the first two weeks lost a lot of money compared to other selling clubs now... Still no info also. So because the tax is turned back it's even more unfair at the moment compared to last week.
I know they will "try" to turn it back but that's still very vague and no further news :-).

We don't have real individual trainning here. It would be individual if we can decide what would any of 10 players train

Any of all players, not only 10. The percentage of training would depend on the minutes played. But being able to decide the training for all players would be closer to reality.
This change could also offer greater freedom to make tactical approaches. I think that expanding the range of tactical approaches would be the easiest way to give a new look to the ME.
Given the visual panel that Sokker offers to set up our tactics, limiting the number of defenders, midfielders or forwards, I think it is limited only and strictly by the issue of training.
Individual commands offer players the basic logic to define behavior, burst the ball, look for the pass, face and finish, etc. It would be great to be able to assign these behaviors to taste.
It would kill two birds with one stone XD

I think that the tactics editor itself is a genial and timeless idea and does not need many changes, but should have been made more user-friendly years ago
Ideally you would just
1) Set up the initial (central field) position of all players
2) Choose tactics strategy - aggressive play, offside system etc.
3) Click on generate tactics and it would create a tactic based on the setup in 1) and 2)
4) You could still freely edit newly created tactics like today

like today but 2 ways , when offensive (your have the ball) or defensiv (your opponent has the ball)

No… You must have sold a player with 8% tax. They reversed everything back to 10%
Is it so difficult that at least 1 dev find 5 admins and give them info so they can spread the word to users?
Amd maybe to listen so me good ideas from useres...make it simpler for new users so thay at least try to play and maybe stay?
