Top teams with at least 4 (35+ old years) players? What do you mean 'top teams'?

I gave some examples in my previous posts. But, hey, don't matter. You will probably pick something else out of context and we'll get nowhere. I am not on here to have my mind changed or to change yours. I said something about how the game has changed and moved away from its core principles by creating a way of winning games and trophies with minimum effort. And this is my point of view. The end.

35+ yo players are too weak to play in top teams. Top team means team with note about 80%.

Ofc we have a lot of 30+ yo very good players, but it's not a problem, becouse they are needed.

I would debate with you a bit on one factor only, look how long it takes to get a players pace to level 18. Now if we can't even reach it or only have it for a season it would be kind of frustrating gameplay wise.
Imagine (how long) do we have to train to get a player from scratches to level 18 pace, and if it immediately starts dropping that would kill the game as well. Again i can see your point of vue, though it remains a game and for visualisation in the game speed is vital. I haven't seen personally too many talented and high speed players after their 38 yo and 35 as well rather rare, and after 35 it drops pretty quickly.

Works perfectly fine

Way too many players reach 18 in this game. In my opinion, players reaching 18 should've the exceptions, just like in real football. This way, tactics would've made the difference, and not the super-players. This is what the game was supposed to be about.

mine, but you will need to install new java if you have old java version
brokenelevator's one, just override one library file and it should work
kryminator's one (dropbox link on 4th page), built on old java so it might work with old java... if it works, no one tested it yet :p
