It’s not that obvious, there is a small issue that I also had with and old 38yo South Africa player.

Can’t sack him as long as he is in NT and nobody wanted to buy him off me. It’s best not to buy old players from small NTs to avoid that.

Best is all sacked players gonna again on TL maybe someone can also buying or save 16 yo etc if nobody buying then end career

yeah, but not very much. The main downside is that the market would get flooded with 33+ yo players.
So, prices for (older) players would drop even more.

That's not a bad thing if so.

It means that old but good enough players get sacked on Friday and bought for 1 euro on Sunday, so that many clubs avoid salaries.
And this is repeated week by week.

So in sum, less money will be taken out of the game.

This can apply but to coaches.

Every time you recruit a coach, but he is not assigned, you sack him and he should be sent to Market.

how many teams honestly do this though? Really.
