The ability to sack a player at any time should be maintained, as it is an integral part of the business relationship.
Not if it is exploited by buying players after the economic update and scked before the next update.
Imo that should be reworked and 4 weeks is a good alternative

sacking players is the only way to correct your finances on short term. I don't think it is a good idea to remove this option
Selling is another option. Maybe going bancrupt could lift the restriction...
finally do something about the coaches, we want to find a supernatural coach and we give a lot of money to the lottery and they only come out useless.......finally put in the possibility that a team owner can buy a coach with a ceiling of money for each coach.
look at how they have similar manager games on the internet...

You are light years behind in everything...from the training you did in the shorter weeks of training to the simplest thing..
Made 200M over time and you are concerned you can't get unearthly coach for few M? =)
I pulled one, think you have same chances to pull one too.
And last time I got one great coach (6x16 except stamina and keeper), he was 58 (season end), they introduced coaches retirement and he retired after 2 seasons... bad luck, buddy. Don't give up easily! :)

and what about that? someone who has no money and has created a coaching team, how will he be able to retain and find coaches after the coaches retire? we must think about the other users and not just do our part and not care about others :)

Exactly situation I described and happened to me. :)

you don't need unearthly coaches, they are a luxury
the fact that people spend 5m+ on searching for multiple unearthlies is their choice not what is demanded by the game

There should be an opportunity for a user to allocate a certain amount of money to be able to spend on trainers according to their finances.....as there are many games on the internet, for example Hattrik. Everyone here writes their opinion and my opinion about the game is this...
good continuation :)

the same thing we say, there are users who have money, like me, and can give 5 million + for coaches....but there are many who have nothing....
good luck :)

The problem is that there's almost no difference between 16 and 15 coaches. They should make the 16 more powerful. They're really too hard to find, so much so that you don't want to kick them out.
I disagree actually.
Since the recruitment is a lottery, one can be Lucky and have this very strong coach within one pull where others need to spend millions for the same coach. Those coaches could indeed be better but then they need to be equally more expensive for everyone.

What I'm saying is that if you're lucky you don't get a "very strong trainer" as you say, you get one similar to the 15 but much more expensive.
