If you wanted to make it more realistic, pace would drop following injuries.

Certainly in real life players can start dropping skills before the age of 28.

Also shorter injury cos we now have 2 league games in a week not 1. 20+ days you dont have that player for at least 5-6 games and 3 trainings missing..

Both are on gold (A and U21)

It would be interesting to see the new mark when we search into the transfer market.

And maybe add a 'silver' mark for players that had been NT ?
