Finally! Thanks devs, would be great to see this info also in the charts of training progress for every skill.

Very nice to see the addition of the age in the players training history!

It would be nice to see that on the graphs. These training history charts are so hidden you need to click several times to get there, and then even you need to know where to look. Training in the left menu => then main team progress in the top menu and then clicking on the player to get the overview. And I like the graphs more because it gives me a better look on how the progress goes.
The interface, while being worked on, may, if you ask me, get another, improved update, because right now it's total chaos and nowhere near clear and logical.

you can also access the graphs from team view by clicking on a skill value there

and those graphs also need age indication, I think I even suggested it to devs once, but somehow it didnt happen

I only had four youth players, and in the last two weeks, two of them unsatisfactory level, so I got fired of them. That leaves me with only two youth players. 36 weeks have passed, and we keep getting players who are like garbage. These are the ones who came this week.

I would glafldly exchange any future improvements for the new youth school system.
It is so annoying having absolutely no control over the YS and receiving same crappy juniors week by week

I see certain teams constantly attracting superstar players. I don't even want superstar players; I just want average players. I'm tired of firing players every week. I don't fire them, I keep them hoping that maybe this way good players will come, but they just keep bringing in bad players. The youth academy level is unsatisfactory. I have nothing more to say.
I changed the youth coach, I closed and reopened the youth academy. I tried everything I could think of, but the result is the same. We keep getting bad players.

What kind of "control" would you want...?
The only kind of control possible in such game is investing money into YS. So everyone with money would do that. And then it would again be only about luck, so nothing would change except for the fact that people spent money.

They are planning to "fix" youth school. Personally I think that there is a very big chance that they will make it worse and that it will negatively impact the level of top players.

The main thing they need to change is the age when the juniors come out. Imho it should be max 18. But let it be 19.
Basically all juniors coming out as 20 or 21 are useless.

Other thing would be to normalize the distribution of "luck" for all teams.

These two things would improve the experience for all managers not depending on PLUS subscription or if the team is rich.

Every other change they are planning is probably only for the benefit of the rich teams (which probably includes me).

I wouldn't touch the youth school. Works as it should if you know what you are doing.

"More challenge" meaning what? What is your idea here?

It's easy to write that there should be more to do and that users should have bigger impact on how their youth school works. The hard part is to propose an idea that would do that and would make sense in the game.

What happened to these Raul's ideas?
