I love the idea in concept, but wouldn't everyone just take the max youth skill since that would make probably make everything else pointless because of youth school income?
Also bluezero: The ridiculous skill distribution is probably another intentional mechanic. I am not sure that there is a problem with the overall amount of good youth coming into the game. Remember, any reform isn't going to intentionally result in a lot more good youth coming in. They don't want this. My issue specifically is that random is creating too many unfair advantages for some teams over others. Main thing I would like to see is some sort of mechanic that would better equalize this over time. We have 15-20% of teams making profit off of their youth school (including players they keep), and another 50% who its just a money sink. I get that 'life isn't fair', but when management skill has nothing to do with it, I have a problem.
In USA alone there have been two teams who recently opened up schools and within months made millions. This team in my current league has made 12 million in just 18 months in game. https://sokker.org/en/app/history/141254/ If I was a new team trying my best why would I keep playing when someone else is getting spoon fed 12 million dollars simply by lottery? Hell, most newer teams would go bankrupt trying what he did. The money in A league is garbage. The team above would have likely gone bankrupt too had he not get lucky.

Well it depends on details... the bonus to youth school doesn't mean you would get a star every week. It could be x% chance to get +1 youth every week, or max level would show you the real talent without the drops / double ups etc.
It would all have to be well balanced, that's all.

The concept would be super nice, as it would allow different focusses and approaches adapted to the individual situations and preferences of the managers.
Introducing the options in a balanced way is the crucial and the critical challenge here.

one could also think of a PR agency or a fan representative for managing season expectation. That would give a better and broader impact on financials that just lifting sponsors money.

Yeah. The random factor, again, decides if you get Profit or sack material. And there is nothing you can do about it.
Imo Youth players should have 60% guarantee about according skill distribution in correlation with their best right column skill when they come into your Youth squad. If multiple right column skills are equal and better than the other, pace should get 60% guarantee in development imo...

I experienced this thing,
when i created ads about friendly , and several notification arrived informing about a team that challenge my team.
If there's a lot of notification, is take "a whole screen", which is annoying, but the most annoying part is when i click the close button it brought ne back to the login menu.
It is some times also occur when tried to close an adds (that cover a whole page).
fix it please.

I read somewhere that a 16 year old junior is a better player after 3 seasons of training than a 19 year old player who just left the junior school.
It's right to keep it because it's 3 seasons of work and waiting in training. It's a reward for the managers for their work on the development of the player.
If you equalized the differences in quality between a 16 year old player who trained for 3 seasons and a 19 year old player who just came from the junior school, then no one would buy and train 16 year old players anymore.
It would be a waste of time.... 3 seasons of useless effort in training. No one would buy 16 and 17 year old players anymore. Everyone would only buy 19 year old players

While this is true, the reverse is now also true.
Nobody wants to have fresh 19 and 20y olds because they are always too weak.
An algorythm which slightly rises the skill ceiling of fresh youngsters with age might help solve that problem.
