Nobody wants to have fresh 19 and 20y olds because they are always too weak.

An algorythm which slightly rises the skill ceiling of fresh youngsters with age might help solve that problem.

Hello. Is this a graphical bug or not?
3 level 15 trainers have the same residual training efficiency in seconds as one. So why would I pay 3 salaries?

This doesn't mean anything. It's not their efficiency. It's just shows sum of a coaches skill in % of what is max including unavailable skills (divine).
1 assistant will have 3x less efficiency than 3 assistants.

This week, Slovakia is playing Bulgaria in a friendly match. These are the expectations of Slovakia's fans:
"Expectations: Your supporters are confident of an easy victory in this match." Guys... Bulgaria is ranked 7th, while Slovakia is 23rd. Bulgaria has almost 500 more ranking points than Slovakia... I'm really curious how you came up with these expectations... How can I move the team forward when there are such expectations in these matches?! :) I'm really curious how fans' expectations are formed....

In what sense does it hinder you in moving forward with the NT?

Where do you see an impact when not matching fan expectations?

My question is how to move the team up in the rankings with such expectations, because anything less than 3:0 will be a loss of points... We obviously see a match against a top 10 team differently, so I wonder how these expectations are formed... :)

Expectations has nothing to do with ranking, gain/loss ranking is only the result compared to the ranking of your opponent. The expectations for NTs are broken because expectations are based on fan numbers between the two teams, and NT's fanbase is not something that have been worked out properly, hence wrong expectations, but dont worry, only ranking matters

And nothing else matters...

Maybe fan base is number of users in country who knows or it's because of home pitch

I'm so happy that so young player have come here; they'll be moving up from the youth team to the first team at such a young age
I think we should bring 21-year-old players into the youth system so we can pull 23 or even 24-year-old players.devs you need think about this.
If I were the owner, I'd be ashamed to see this.

In both cases, assuming YS mid 3's talent.

I restarted my youth school again this season against my better judgment, and I'm pretty much ready to close it again. This game is too expensive to throw money away.

These draws aren't so bad... Usually, it's worse :-)

1) Recruiting a 16-year-old player is the best chance of getting good potential: 1/3. Basically, 1 / 3 draws are usually rubbish.
What's more,
2) having a talented young player is a one in four chance (to simplify).

16y talented It's as simple as that: 1/4 * 1/3 = 1 draw over 12
The inverse is more explicit : 11 / 12 not having any 16y talented.

And its just age, and talent...
If i add max weeks of training and best starting levels; all randoms at max, the chance to catch a top star player is around
0,035 % chance (1 / 2856​), before skills distribution).
