Tutorial...click and drag the white dot in the centre of the pitch towards any place on the field...then place all players accordingly :-p
but if he plays so-called corner tactic he evidently knows how to set the tactic
Or not evidently. we can just copy /paste a tactic code :-) But for sure he knows… why :-)

nearly ALL players around 16 will have those kind of minimum skills.
If you can show the same data for 16y old strikers with adequate scoring...that would be a different story.
