Why do the questions I ask you always go unanswered?

I'm here not 24/7, there are alot of unanswered questions. Just ask again. If I'll se the question I'll answer.

Thank you very much for finally responding to me. I fully understand that you can’t be available all the time to answer every question. However, I’ve noticed that no matter what I’ve written to you, I’ve received virtually no response from you. Therefore, I had to assume that you were ignoring or avoiding my questions. But thank you very much for responding today. I’m very grateful for that. At least this time you answered one of my questions, which makes me very happy.

I’m learning from this too, and in the future I’ll reach out to you twice if the first attempt doesn’t work, provided it’s a question that’s extremely important to me! :)

From the point that saturday is start of new season, meaning age update... so before we had training week 1 completed, then cup game. Now its cup game in that training week. And less time to maybe when you "push the start of season button". Was it planned like this or it came as in rush?
I know you wrote before with saturday start old new... and also that next time its going to be scheduled already on tuesday... just saying now cup comes a bit sooner, in this first week..

And I think it will stay like that - in week 1.

I saw many times complaining, that 2 weeks of just friendlies is just boring. Moving national cup 4 days earlier makes that season-break a bit "shorter", giving one official match already in first training week. It gives also more efficiency points in training meaing.

In the future we will try to rebuild the national cups a bit (don't know how, yet). Who know, maybe than we will move that "week 1" round to another week.

Is there a chance to change format for IC?
I know its new, but maybe more interesting would be for example 12 teams in group, you play 6 games by random opponent (3 home 3 away) and top 6 each group move forward into tournament phase.

No chance. It will stay like that for now. I'm not saying "forever", but for couple of seasons for sure. To much of work has been done to rework it again.

One other question...
In some point few seasons ago, number of user per country was revised and by that we have cup stage like in my country 1/32
But i see a lot of differences in this 50-100 user range per country. Like Mexico is with less users but they play 1/128
So question is if this is going to be revised or taking care of, to have fair basis?

For sure it is going to be revised.
Most probably it works now looking just at number of team, not number of users.
I think making national cups only for teams with users is a must have.

A minor change will also affect Saturday’s national team matches. Like friendly matches, World Cup qualifiers and finals will also follow an arcade format - meaning players will not receive a training bonus, but they will also not be at risk of injury.
